• Excellent university degree in business administration, economics, science or equivalent
• 5-8 years consulting experience in one of the top tier strategy consulting firms at senior project manager level or corporate finance roles including, but not limited to, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Venture Capital and/or Investment Banking
• Sound knowledge of Pharma/Healthcare
• Strong project and program leadership experience
• Significant experience in managing due diligences (especially commercial due diligences) in the pharmaceutical sector
• Strong command of the M&A processes, including strategic evaluation, structuring, due diligence and execution
• Highly strategic and motivated leader who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working with global cross functional teams
