Are you passionate about cybersecurity? Do you have proven experience in managing projects and teams in this field? Are you looking for a new challenge in a stimulating and innovative environment? If so, you are the ideal candidate for our Cybersecurity Senior Director position.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, consolidating and optimizing service delivery strategies for our clients, leveraging your cybersecurity expertise and knowledge.
As a seasoned leader, you will play an active role in identifying and allocating the best resources to various projects, creating an environment conducive to development and excellence within your teams, and working with the talent attraction teams to mobilize all collaborators to support client success and the organization’s growth.

Your objective will be to establish a governance strategy and work methodology based on best practices and evolving market trends to achieve your practice’s objectives.

  • Manage:
  • your practice’s activities in collaboration with the vice-president in charge;
  • the vice-presidency risks related to your field.
  • Participate in:
  • vice-presidency strategic planning;
  • proposal writing for all business sectors.
  • Support:
  • sales teams with their delivery and pricing strategy;
  • decisions leading to the preparation of service offers and identify optimal conditions for success;
  • account managers according to their practice or expertise.
  • Deploy and manage a solid governance structure based on best practices and evolving market trends;
  • Collaborate in:
  • the identification and assignment of your team members to client projects;
  • the evolution of the vice-presidency’s business model.
  • Work in collaboration with the talent attraction teams for hires related to practices in your field;
  • Agree on, prepare and promote your practice’s service offerings;
  • Define, as needed, high-level practices for which you are responsible and support sales teams in their activities;
  • Prepare and lead management meetings for your practice;
  • Evaluate performance and ensure compliance with strategic orientations, the achievement of goals and the implementation of appropriate corrective measures;
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration with all Alithya teams as well as your peers to achieve strategic goals.
