Responsibilities:

  • You will lead an organization of +90 employees, responsible for packaging finished goods to a global market at the right quality, on time and at a competitive cost. You are responsible for optimizing and developing the area to meet future requirements from authorities and new product introductions.
  • The role also entails cross functional responsibility for implementing and developing our new Manufacturing Executing System and IT/OT road map, across Lundbeck’s four manufacturing sites in Denmark, France and Italy. You will play an important part in defining how we can harvest digital opportunities to drive business outcomes.
  • You will become part of a skilled management team in the area Pharmaceutical Production & Supply Chain. An organization of +500 employees responsible for two pharmaceutical production sites in Denmark and France, and Lundbeck’s global supply chain management activities.
