With a rich history of success, we are poised for significant growth and transformation. As we look to implementing our ambitious digitalization strategy for 2024 - 2027, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Director to join our team as the leader of our Digital Transformation Office.
The Senior Director will play a crucial role in driving the execution of our digitalization strategy. This role goes beyond implementation, encompassing the establishment of a transformation office and focusing on building a productized organization. We seek a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can guide this transformative journey across IT and the business. The role will report to the VP of Architecture & Data and the steering committee overseeing the implementation of the digitalization strategy is anchored in our Executive Management Team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Establish and lead a dedicated Transformation Office, responsible for overseeing the execution of the digitalization strategy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine and implement the digital transformation strategy, with a specific focus on transitioning the organization into a productized structure.
• Develop and implement change management processes to drive cultural shifts towards agility, innovation, and product-centric thinking.
• Oversee the development and deployment of training programs to upskill employees and build capabilities essential for a productized organization.
• Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the digital transformation strategy, providing regular updates to the executive team.
