    In this role, you will act as Inclusion, Diversity and Talent Officer to ADP’s International space. You will align and develop diversity and talent strategy, overseeing executive development, succession and operations required to deliver leadership programs. You’ll partner closely with Global Talent Development and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging SLT.
    Daily, you will customize programs to adhere to countries customs and requirements, working closely with Leadership to define and execute diversity and talent strategies that meet regional needs and best of breed’s practices. You’ll perform analysis to determine leader effectiveness and relationships between performance, engagement, and other leading indicators of effectiveness. You’ll also collaborate with operations teams to develop effective communications and change management approaches to create an effective and inclusive talent culture at ADP.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop Diversity & Talent Strategy in conjunction with Global HR, GTD/IDEB Senior leaders and Business leaders.
  • Work closely with operations teams to develop effective communications and change management approaches to create an effective and inclusive talent culture at ADP.
  • Develop and help the organization execute the Diversity & Talent strategy for ESI, defining 5/6 priorities to develop across the international space.
  • Lead the ESI Inclusion Core Team along with ESI senior executives, with the collaboration of 5 direct reports. Additional ~20 HRBPs are dotted line to this role for IDEB related tasks in their respective countries.
  • Conduct analysis to determine leader’s performance, engagement, and other leading indicators of effectiveness. You will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your internal clients, partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace and the highest ethical standards.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • 10 years in HR & 5 years of experience directly involved in talent management, leadership development, organization effectiveness, DE&I or as an HR business partner/Talent Partner.
  • Advanced English language and excellent communication skills.
  • You’re someone who is continually updated and seeking for best of breed solutions in talent and development field. Not content with status quo, you’ll propose ways to optimize both current solutions and investment in new solutions. You have practical experience applying or implementing HR solutions and Talent Development Strategy. You work across organization lines to get things done and have strong influence & interpersonal skills. You can demonstrate the ability to evaluate among a wide variety of solutions and have the ability to work well with direct reports, peers, senior leaders, associates and clients, and deliver pertinent presentations.
