Senior Director (m/f/d) Water Treatment Systems & Projects

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to lead our Water Treatment Systems & Projects team. Your tasks:

• Lead the development and implementation of the strategy for water treatment systems and projects in line with the global GTO strategy
• Identification and communication of necessary measures to implement the GTO strategy and business plans
• Motivating and leading the team to achieve exceptional performance and assessing employee skills, identifying development needs and providing coaching and mentoring
• Development and implementation of budget plans for a department
• Development and monitoring of guidelines and procedures for water treatment systems
• Recommendation of reporting lines, roles and responsibilities to optimize the organizational structure
• Management of water quality monitoring and continuous operational improvements
• Management of a large customer service area to promote the WTS penetration strategy
• Initiation and management of major projects using appropriate project management methods

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, natural sciences or a similar field
• 4-6 years of management experience, 10-15 years of professional competence in an international environment, of which at least 4 years in medical technology
• Ability to form and lead effective teams
• Decisiveness and strategic thinking
• Business insight and optimization of work processes as well as customer and location-specific knowledge
• Strong customer orientation and sense of responsibility
• Effective use of resources and communication skills
• Technical understanding and product knowledge, especially in medical technology and dialysis
• Appropriate leadership and management skills
• Excellent project management and implementation skills
• IT user knowledge (MS Office, SAP) and understanding of e-health, data security and digitization
• Fluent in English and the local language; other languages an advantage
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally
