POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Director of Digital Marketing will set the strategy and execute on the evolution of our website, SEO/M, and other marketing experiences. This role will lead a team overseeing several functions including web development, conversion rate optimization, personalization and analytics. This is a strategic role, driving our customer’s digital buying journey and delivering quality digital experiences, to increase engagement, pipeline and revenue.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to remain in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods and performing sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
  • Must be able to move about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
  • Must be able to perform light physical work that includes lifting or moving objects up to 20 lbs. or medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Must be able to communicate with others to exchange information, including conveying detailed or important spoken instructions to others accurately, loudly, or quickly

  • The worker is required to have close visual awareness to perform an activity and to assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned, such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Digital strategy and execution: Strengthening overall brand and marketing strategy through best-in-class digital approaches through the website, digital content strategy, conversion optimization, paid and organic social media, SEO / Google Ads, digital advertising, email marketing, automation and workflows.
  • Optimization: Working with a CRO Specialist, run AB/multivariate testing and optimization program. This role responsible for improving lead conversion and other KPIs and being responsible for any supporting technology.
  • Measurement: Working with Marketing Ops to create dashboards and reports to measure end-to-end effectiveness of digital marketing tactics and channels.
  • Subject matter expertise and counsel: Serving as advisor to the broader marketing team and business leaders across the enterprise, leveraging data, analytics and insights to inform decision making. Providing ongoing education and training and help to create connected customer journeys.
  • Budget oversight: Own the creation and maintenance of the digital spend
  • Best practice analysis: Monitoring customer, market and competitive information and identifying areas of opportunity where digital marketing can be optimized. Embracing a culture of continuous improvement, learning and problem solving.
  • Personalization: Role will own the personalization strategy including vision, roadmap, planning, and execution, and act as the Marketing Owner for the key digital experience platform and related personalization tools.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & WHY YOU’RE A GREAT FIT FOR THE ROLE:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Digital, Web, or Product role is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing marketing teams is required
  • At least 5 years of vendor management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working at a high paced B2B company within the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills to generate insights and recommendations
  • Maintain a pulse of emerging digital and business trendsAgile mindset

    • Lead the team and establish a mindset and culture based on Agile principles and the test, learn, iterate philosophy.Strong communication skills


      • Work with stakeholders across the organization to align on roadmap, priority and to optimize metrics and KPIs that support our strategy and growth goals.
