Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Director of User Experience & Product Growth who has a thorough understanding of building exceptional products with a relentless focus on user experience and product growth levers. Reporting to the Chief Product & Innovation Officer, you will lead UX strategy and execution, directly managing a Design and UXR team.
Your role will require close interaction with customers to drive discovery and insights, ensuring the product meets user needs and drives growth. You will partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Value teams. Your entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative approach will drive significant growth and improvement.
Over time, your team will expand, so we’re also looking for an experienced people manager who excels at developing high-performing teams.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT THE TEAM

  • Develop and Own UX Vision: Define and execute a user experience strategy that enhances the overall product offering and drives user satisfaction.
  • Drive Product Growth: Identify and optimize key product levers to drive growth, complementing traditional SLG approaches with innovative strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead UX and Product Management teams, ensuring alignment with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Value.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage directly with customers to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and inform product strategy.
  • Feedback Integration: Establish standardized processes for incorporating feedback from customers and partners into the product strategy to expand market reach.
  • Process Improvement: Co-define future processes, evolving our current Product Operating Model to make PD/UXR a central function.
  • Stakeholder Evangelism: Advocate for UX improvements across all company stakeholders.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example by taking on actual design work streams to spearhead change and drive initiatives.
