BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of experience in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical sciences, business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in product lifecycle management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/PREFERENCES:

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze product performance data.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align PLM activities with overall business goals.
