We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven Senior Director, Product Marketing - Customer Experience (CX) who is passionate about the CX category and potential for Copilot to transform the market. This role requires a strategic thinker who can simplify the complex and inspire cross-functional teams towards a common vision.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in product marketing or product management.
  • OR Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in product marketing or product management.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years people management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the CX market, customer needs and landscape.

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 15+ years experience in product marketing or product management.
  • OR Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in product marketing or product management.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years people management experience.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • Track record of hiring, retaining and coaching top talent.
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
    Product Marketing M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $152,300 - $266,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $194,800 - $292,200 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategy and Go-To-Market plans for the CX category, including positioning, messaging, value proposition and analysis.
  • Drive thought leadership on category transformation with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and Copilot, leveraging channels including blogs, webinars, events and social media.
  • Partner with senior product management leaders to provide customer feedback, market insights and marketing requirements to shape product roadmap.
  • Partner with senior sales leaders to enable readiness and pipeline generation delivering sales content, tools, training and best practices.
  • Partner with other product marketing leaders to create integrated stories that showcase the transformative value of Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of product marketing managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and inclusion.
