Job Description
Concentrix is seeking a seasoned, strategic-minded Senior Director, Product Pricing Strategy, to lead our efforts in crafting and implementing advanced, competitive, and value-driven pricing strategies for our suite of products. This role demands a balance of analytical prowess, market insight, and a collaborative spirit, aimed at enhancing our product competitiveness, optimizing profitability, and ensuring our pricing models accurately reflect the premium nature of our offerings.The chosen candidate will be pivotal in steering our product pricing in alignment with Concentrix’s strategic goals and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Pricing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive pricing
strategies that reflect our product’s value, market competition, and customer
demand, while supporting our profitability and growth objectives.
2. Market and Competitor Analysis: Perform ongoing analysis of market trends,
competitor pricing strategies, and customer expectations to ensure Concentrix’s pricing remains competitive and agile.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Operations
Leader, Finance Pricing team, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless
integration of pricing strategy across financial systems and CRM platforms,
maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.
4. Pricing Model Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics and predictive modeling to recommend pricing adjustments and structures based on internal cost
changes, market dynamics, and macroeconomic indicators.
5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all pricing strategies comply with
relevant laws and regulations, mitigating legal and financial risks.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate pricing strategies and rationales
effectively to internal stakeholders, including product, sales, and marketing
teams, fostering buy-in and understanding across departments.
7. Customer Value Proposition: Ensure that pricing strategies enhance customer value perception, contributing to increased satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term customer relationships.
