Focus, Scope, & Impact

• Lead the RGM Agenda in the Zone and take overall leadership on the advancement of RGM projects in the franchise for each country / territory, driving the implementation, aligning stakeholders in buy-in process and provide effective tracking, across company and bottler teams.
• Champion the deployment of RGM capabilities within the zone, introducing core solutions that enhance decision-making processes for Franchise Teams.
• Deliver insightful performance tracking, incorporating market trends, shopper behaviors, and channel insights into RGM strategies. Sefine action plan and the roadmap of implementation with franchise to address opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the LATAM RGM team to ensure cohesive RGM strategy design and capability deployment, aligning decision-making processes across countries or regions within scope.
• Lead the OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, and Channel) process within the Franchise, with a deep understanding of the zone’s unique opportunities and challenges.

• Lead RGM governance routines to ensure delivery of key RGM initiatives across the franchise, and be a network connector to activate relevant expertise within the Operating Unit while ensuring initiatives are ‘in-sync’ with the broader LATAM RGM strategy, key initiatives and tools.
