We are seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to join our Finance team. We’re looking for someone with the vision, experience and passion to make a tangible contribution to our entrepreneurial culture. The ideal candidate will lead the strategic sourcing and procurement function and ensure the development and delivery of innovative commercial solutions to maximize value and outcomes for IntouchCX, balancing commercial risk and opportunities across all categories and suppliers.

As Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, You Will…

• Develop and cascade Procurement/Sourcing vision to wider business stakeholders, including the executive team
• Inspire others to generate sponsorship and support of Procurement initiatives
• Build and lead effective delivery of the Procurement team’s capability while having end to end commercial accountability for all categories, demonstrated by the delivery of the overarching commercial and procurement strategy
• Lead the procurement team to work with business owners and suppliers to find, plan and deliver opportunities through suppliers that drive better value for IntouchCX
• Collaborate with IntouchCX Business Partners to build the demand pipeline, ensure business requirements are captured and appropriately challenged, and to provide feedback on compliance
• Ensure adoption of the commercial and procurement ways of working, policies and processes throughout the organization
• Lead category planning, category procurement, commercial and contract/user/license management for centrally managed categories
• Identify and manage overall category risks
• Lead development of category thinking, including building internal and external networks
• Provide recommendations to department leaders and executive to improve financial performance execution on key areas of spend
• Develop new processes and models to capture and report on spend data more efficiently
• Vendor relationship management including sustainability reporting, scorecards, etc

As Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, You Have…

• 10+ years of managing procurement teams, with global experience
• Experience establishing a procurement organization ways of workings, process and policies
• BPO experience preferred
• Experience setting up a procurement function preferred
• Experience and skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills to develop internal relationships/ partnerships with multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to complete tasks quickly in a high energy environment
