ABOUT US:

CQ Health’s Workforce Division takes the lead role in the attraction, retention, learning and development, performance, discipline, change management, safety and well-being, and engagement of our most important asset - ’our people’. The Workforce Division comprises approximately 40 human resource practitioners who provide high quality, client-focused and value-adding human resource services to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor undertakes projects to support the Health Service Chief Executive and Executive Director Workforce with developing, implementing and embedding systems and processes for diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce strategies to enhance delivery of our healthcare services. The Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor provides support and assistance in the timely delivery of the diversity, equity and inclusion program of work in Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service to align with Chapter 2, Public Service Act 2022 requirements.
