Victorian Health Building Authority The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government’s multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. Our diverse projects span the health, mental health and aged care portfolios across metropolitan, regional and rural settings and ambulance branches across Victoria. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines. Our priority is to provide innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions that will ensure our health system meets the needs of all Victorians now and into the future.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Document Controller, for the Parkville Precinct Redevelopment project, requires a highly focused, driven, motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about contributing to the delivery of public infrastructure and being part of a high-performing project team that will drive exceptional project outcomes.
The primary purpose of the Senior Document Controller role is to support the team to deliver upon the project management plan requirements, provide forecasting, monitoring and performance reporting of design and completions documentation, records management, supporting the design submission process and document control. From time to time, the Senior Document Controller may also be required to provide support and guidance to a range of projects within the Victorian Health Building Authority’s broader Public Private Partnership (PPP) and High Value/High Risk program.
