Location: Trondheim, Stavanger or Oslo
You will be reporting to the D&W Improvement Manager and be a part of the D&W business unit.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering results through improvement projects, all
the way from project scoping through implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Relevant M.Sc. degree
 5 years of relevant experience
 D&W domain insight is preferred
 Good understanding of how digitalization will affect how we work

 Provide project management for D&W improvement projects.
 Implement, follow-up and make sure there is value outtake in completed initiatives.
 Manage and optimize the D&W improvement portfolio.
 Get alignment with stakeholders - D&W teams, ExpRes, EurekaX, and other BU’s.
 Align with and support improvement initiatives that are initiated outside of D&W.
 Propose improvements that result in cost savings, improved HSSEQ or smarter ways
of working, supporting the Performance first philosophy of D&W.
