Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) is seeking a Senior Educational Designer to join its Educational Design team. The position works in close collaboration with the CLT Continuing Education and Education Communities teams, IT Services Division, academic staff and college-based educational support staff. The Senior Educational Designer will lead a team of Education Designers and work in collaboration with the other Senior Educational Designers in the centre to provide a consistent level of support to College Associate Deans (Education/Student Experience) and college teams on specific educational design projects, under the direction of the Manager, Educational Design.
While this role sits centrally, the position will also work locally with college leaders, course conveners and educational support staff within the colleges to assist with the development of programs and courses in a number of modalities – including online, blended and face to face, and also informally with a network of similar professionals across the University. This role will support new developments in the areas of assessment design and marking.
