Description:

PASS Security is seeking an experienced Sales professional with a proven record in designing and integrating access control, video surveillance, and related electronic security applications for large campus environments. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the healthcare, higher education, logistics, and/or multi-site sectors. Electronic Security offerings include system engineering, project deployments, ongoing service, and monitoring utilizing video technology and artificial intelligence (AI).
PASS Security provides technology-based commercial security solutions across various vertical markets in the Greater St. Louis Region. We are a System Integrator specializing in engineering, deploying, servicing, and monitoring commercial electronic security applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Electronic Security Systems Engineering and Sales.
  • Strong time management and scheduling skills.
  • Pricing, quoting, and estimating skills.
  • Ability to develop objectives and strategies and manage one’s own performance.
  • Work collaboratively within a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Greater St. Louis/Metro-East Illinois Region.
  • Ability to obtain an Illinois PERC Card (required for all security industry personnel).
  • Successful completion of a drug test.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand and enhance services and project outcomes for existing electronic security customers under the PASS Security business model.
  • Generate new business through consultations with potential customers.
  • Advise and consult with customers on the best products and services to meet their needs.
  • Follow up on company-generated leads and determine appropriate products and services.
  • Generate new customer leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting activities.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Operations Team for successful project deployments and ongoing service.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build expertise.
