JOB DESCRIPTION

Motorola Solutions design mission-critical communications products and services to public safety and commercial customers around the world.
We look for the most advanced developers - like you - to help us create technologies that rise to the challenges of our customers.
As a software connectivity engineer, you will work on innovative connectivity solution and features development in communication and protocol processing.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years related working experience in the related field.
• PhD/Master/Bachelor Degree in Computer /Electronic /Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science
• Excellent in C/C++ programming
• Relevant embedded system experience
• Experience in coding networking communication layers (OSI model) and protocol stack, eg Bluetooth, Wifi, GPS, USB.
• Experience developing on Android Core environment and good understanding of Android core concepts.
• Experience in handling test equipment eg oscilloscope, protocol sniffer eg wireshark.
• Knowledgeable in RTOS eg Linux kernel, Free RTOS
• Familiarity with microprocessor, micro-controller
• Practical involvement in Jira, Git, Agile software development process.
• Effective in communicating and articulating complex technical concepts.
