We are seeking an experienced practitioner with demonstrable success within a complex, diverse and evolving environment that can evidence their values based leadership and offer an authentic, engaging and agile character.

You will hold extensive experience and demonstrated competency in the following areas -

  • An inquisitive, calm and thorough advisory style with sound judgement of complex matters;
  • Demonstrated experience in the IR and ER environment, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and a robust understanding of the Australian industrial and employment landscape;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in drafting agreements, employee communications and report/business case writing;
  • You are confident across the Microsoft suite of products, including Excel and pride yourself on your attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Located in Richmond, you will work collaboratively with the Group Employee Relations Manager to manage the various industrial matters across the organisation, including Enterprise Agreement negotiations and implementations, award/agreement interpretation, unfair dismissal/general protections applications and industrial disputes.
You will also partner with and act as a reference point to the HR Business Partner teams, providing guidance and advice on complex IR/ER matters and investigations.
This is a full-time permanent role with hybrid working available (3 days onsite; 2 days WFH)
