ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to be part of our Workforce Relations and Reform, People & Capability Command. The Senior Employee Relations Specialist provides expert and strategic industrial and Human Resources advice, advocacy, negotiation and implementation of workplace reform strategies across the NSWPF.
