We are looking for candidates with strong experience in an IT User Support role, where you have gained technical working experience of the following:
- Sound understanding of SCCM and Intune desktop management, SOE Image and Application deployment.
- Experience with Intune rollout and management, ideally within a medium to large sized business.
- Knowledge and understanding of new technologies, and eager to introduce them into Foodstuffs.
- Sound understanding of Enterprise IT technologies.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the IT End User Compute Lead, you will be part of a customer focused, high performing IT Operations team whose key objective is to deliver best in class operational outcomes, whilst providing a seamless user computing function that will help our customers get maximum benefit for their IT solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing onsite systems infrastructure and end user computing services for Foodstuffs North Island Support Center and Stores across North Island. This includes:
- Providing level 2/3 IT onsite support for Auckland users.
- Updating Desktop Images, Group Policy and Software for around 6000Desktops and laptops across FSNI.
- SCCM management, SOE Image and Application deployment.
- Providing onsite systems engineering assistance to FSNI service users
- Assisting remote support teams with incident and project support
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of the FSNI end user computing strategy.
