We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Energy Modeler to join our sustainability team in Poland and work with clients locally and internationally.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Essential skills and knowledge
• Fluent English written/verbal communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences, including contributing to reports and other documentation
• At least 6 years experience as an energy modeler in the built environment
• Strong analytical, technical and interpersonal skills
• Proven record of building energy models utilizing IES software
• Experience of producing sustainability, ESG or decarbonisation strategies for buildings, campuses, or organizations
• Knowledge and experience in decarbonisation and carbon footprint calculation in the built environment
• Knowledge about MEP installations and differences in their efficiencies.
• Knowledge and experience in delivering one of the following assessment schemes: BREEAM, LEED, WELL

• Prepare and deliver energy models for buildings as well as detailed heating and cooling loads calculations
• Supporting clients on a strategic level delivering sustainability, ESG and decarbonisation strategies
• Providing sustainability advice to clients and project teams with a focus on decarbonisation and circular economy
• Preparing proposals and allocating internal resources
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients contractors and other stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior members of the sustainability team
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports and other project documentation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability regulations, guidelines and best practices and ensure that these are incorporated into project work
• Working with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, planners, contractors and clients
• Implement internal sustainability strategy and agenda and support colleagues in delivering sustainable projects and services
• Designing and implementing new sustainability services and actively involving in business development
