Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of employee communications and speaking engagements for the Chief Brand & Marketing Officer.
  • Developing and implementing strategic communication and capability plans to provide strategic clarity and uplift performance.
  • Growing commercial acumen within the Brand & Marketing team through coordination of learning initiatives and fostering a cohesive communications rhythm.
  • Owning the Brand & Marketing communications calendar to ensure effective communication strategies.
  • Continuously refining and enhancing communication methods, measuring impact, and applying new learnings.
  • Ensuring communication collateral is securely stored and accessible for relevant stakeholders.
  • Championing internal Brand campaigns and driving employee advocacy through GTM campaigns.
  • Coordinating Brand & Marketing proof points for the Group.

Responsibilities:

  • As the Senior Communications and Engagement Manager, your key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Chief Brand and Marketing Officer in connecting with internal and external audiences, driving capability building and brand alignment.
  • Leading the development and execution of the Brand & Marketing communications strategy and narrative.
  • Overseeing the capability program to uplift Brand & Marketing Voice + and aligning with the operating rhythm for efficient delivery.
  • Owning internal communication channels, development programs, and operating rhythm to ensure relevance, quality, and timeliness of messages.
  • Acting as a culture and brand champion, leading initiatives and internal campaigns to uplift team engagement, capability, and performance.
  • Curating content to add value for Brand & Marketing team members and managing central storage for communications and presentations.
  • Championing the Brand & Marketing graduate program and ensuring their capability and development are planned, measured, and monitored.
  • Providing communication counsel and support to Brand & Marketing leaders and team members.
  • Proactively identifying and managing reputation risks, collaborating closely with Corporate Affairs & Media Relations.
