  Job Location – Calgary, Alberta

SUMMARY:

We are currently in search of an intermediate to senior-level Structural Engineer to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier structural engineering services, encompassing various responsibilities such as producing structural designs, project management, quality control, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in structural engineering.
• Extensive experience in designing wood structures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Revit and other structural engineering software packages.
• Membership in APEGA (Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta).

• Provide comprehensive structural engineering services, including but not limited to producing structural designs, overseeing project management, ensuring quality control, conducting shop drawing reviews, and performing field investigations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and other professional consultants to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
