ABOUT YOU

• Degree/diploma in Cyber Security or related discipline/industry certifications (CISSP, CISA, CCNP Security).
• 10+ years’ experience in a Systems Admin/Network Engineer/Cyber Engineer role.
• Experience with a range of security technologies (NGFW, Wireless Authentication systems, Endpoint, Email Security, Identity Management, Microsoft Azure AD, Office 365).
• Technical proficiency in security-related hardware and software.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer – Cyber Security to join our team and contribute to the execution of our ongoing cyber security strategy.
They will support the Cyber Systems Lead in delivering and maintaining the projects outlined in the Macmahon Cyber Uplift Programme, ensuring completion of operational cyber security tasks to safeguard business operations and continuity.

The Senior Engineer – Cyber Security will be able to:

• Design and implement technology security solutions in a complex ICT environment.
• Proficient in Firewalls, Routers, Switches, WAN/LAN technologies, Monitoring Systems, and Data Loss Prevention Systems.
• Implement Network Access Control/802.1x for wireless and wired connections.
• Experienced in Azure Security hardening, Secure Datacentre Design and Deployment (Cloud firewalls, Express Route, Azure Load balancers, NSG, Private Endpoints).
• Familiar with Data Loss Prevention Systems (Endpoint, Cloud, Network, Email).
• Contribute to management team projects/initiatives as needed.
