Senior Engineer - Designated Funds

at  National Highways

National Highways have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join our Operations Directorate in the South East region, working within our Designated Funds improvement team. The Senior Engineer will lead and coordinate the activities and resources involved in the identification and development of improvement solutions for the asset class in scope, while assuring adherence to defined asset policies and standards.
You will be working on developing improvement schemes such as Road Safety, Flooding & Water Quality and Environmental, working closely with Scheme Delivery Framework contractors to oversee and execute plans.
The role may be required to work unsociable hours. This role will be based in one of our Maidstone, Guildford or Basingstoke offices.
