• Bachelors or Masters degree within Mechanical Engineering, alongside broad experience of working with gas turbines.
• A broad multidiscipline and interface understanding.
• Good written and oral communication skills, both in English and Norwegian - or other Scandinavian languages.
• An interest in working systematically, finding practical solutions, and developing yourself and your colleagues.
• A solution orientated and collaborative mindset.
