Responsibilities:

ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Localization to lead our cutting-edge automotive technology teams. As an ADAS Senior Manager on Localization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of autonomous and connected vehicles. Your expertise will drive the development of innovative ADAS features, ensuring safety, performance, and user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, researchers, and developers focused on ADAS localization technologies.
  • Technical Vision : Define the technical roadmap for ADAS localization.
  • Algorithm Development : Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ADAS localization algorithms, leveraging computer vision, GPS, IMU, sensor and mapping data.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, performance, and validation) to integrate ADAS localization functions into our vehicle platforms.
  • Innovation : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and research advancements. Drive innovation by proposing novel solutions.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure the robustness, reliability, and safety of ADAS localization functions through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Project Management : Oversee ADAS localization project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project milestones.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum 8 years of relevant ADAS localization development/production experience in ADAS, autonomous driving, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of localization related technologies (e.g., computer vision, SLAM, SFM, VO/VIO, KF/EFK and factor graph optimization).
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity.
  • Leadership Skills :
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
