Responsibilities:

The Criteo In-Store development team helps to power retailers and broader businesses to transform their in-store media, out-of-store media and online media from antiquated PDF packs and spreadsheet management to an integrated scalable SaaS solution that the worlds’ leading brands and agencies trust.
The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading the ideation, development and management of innovative and differentiating technical and engineering solutions that support the business strategy.

Technology strategy & leadership

  • Working with the wider Criteo R&D leadership team to set the technical vision and and goals for Criteo In-Store and lead its execution.
  • Managing our technical teams to ensure the best utilisation of people, partners, budget, and opportunities within Criteo to deliver outcomes which meet or exceed the expectations of our customers and partner
  • Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
  • Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards and our commercial obligations.

Manage and build a strong Technical Team

  • Inspire, develop, and engage a high performing team of engineers, ensuring that technological resources meet the company’s short and long-term needs.
  • Drive a culture of technical excellence in the team
  • Provide appropriate mentorship and leadership across the development team
  • Meet timelines and delivery commitments made by the team, escalating issues early when they impede progress
  • Supporting and ensuring the successful running of our client’s production environments including working with the help desk to diagnose and resolve issues when appropriate.

Meet superior platform performance:

  • Maintain industry-leading uptime on critical technology infrastructure through great architectural decisions, successful monitoring and testing processes, and system redundancy
  • Maintain a robust test and release process to meet quality and delivery

Solution Design

  • Work with the Client solutions, Product Managers and technical leads to drive design of our product and client solutions
  • Support Technical Solutions and Client Solutions with client facing requirements.
