Responsibilities:
- Lead with Vision: Guide, motivate, and expand multifaceted engineering teams, focusing on delivering new features and ongoing enhancements efficiently. Your role is pivotal in addressing challenges and maintaining a robust delivery pipeline.
- Cultivate Excellence: Promote and sustain an Agile mindset across multiple engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in a scaling environment.
- Empower Through Mentorship: Provide proven, impactful mentorship and coaching to engineers, elevating their potential and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate Effectively: Drive seamless collaboration and shared decision-making among engineering teams and stakeholders, in partnership with product leads and owners.
- Influence R&D Culture: Actively participate in the R&D management team to shape and enhance our culture of mutual support and collective success.
