ABOUT OUR GROUP:

Our Sputter Source Maintenance Team is pivotal in maintaining the performance and source availability of our 200L Tool Usage and Conversion Upgrade systems. Our team is involved and responsible in Component’s Rebuilt & Maintenance Activities of the sputter source. We are committed to ensuring high availability and performance of our resources, which is crucial for our organization’s growth and success.
As a Senior Engineering Specialist guiding a team of Engineering Specialists, you will be at the forefront of our Sputter Source operations, maintaining the synergy between technology and people.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or any relevant fields.
  • Seasonal experience in Sputtering or Thin film machine in electronic industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for formulas or macro setting.
  • Creative and leadership qualities, accompanied by strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of 2-3 Engineering Specialists on daily operations such as troubleshooting efforts of heavy machinery with Overhead Hoist Support and also drive team performance.
  • Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance checklists and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for control build components.
  • Coordinate and support departmental activities such as scrap/PT reclaim, current launches, new evaluations, and physical inventory counts.
  • Report issues promptly and escalate abnormalities to management and providing detailed analysis and reports on rejects.
  • Serve as the main coordinator for Maintenance and Lean Improvement projects, providing weekly status updates to management.
  • Train new hires and the team, ensuring a high standard of knowledge transfer and compliance with SOPs such as principles of 5S and the safety protocols to in the workplace.
