Description:

Our Risk Management Team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate Uniper’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process across the Uniper Group and ensure the associated regulatory and business requirements are met
  • Effectively coordinate a wide range of stakeholders across all Uniper functions and provide advice, expertise and guidance to successfully execute the ERM process within strict deadlines
  • Build detailed understanding of all material Enterprise Risks & Chances across Uniper and be able to explain the underlying risk assessments, key risk changes and countermeasures to Uniper Senior Management
  • Ensure the effective set up, maintenance and operation of a dedicated IT tooling solution to capture and report all Enterprise Risks & /Chances and provide ongoing support and expertise on system topics to all users
  • Ensure the Enterprise Risks are reviewed, challenged and assessed on a like for like basis to ensure consistent high-quality Risk Inventory data
  • Aggregate individual risks to a portfolio view using Monte Carlo simulations, analyse Uniper’s Risk Bearing Capacity situation and maintain/ further develop the RBC concept
  • Prepare management summaries and reports for the Uniper Risk Committee, Uniper Board of Management and Uniper Supervisory Board to depict the overall Enterprise Risk situation of Uniper and allow risk-based decisions and actions to be taken
  • Support the preparation of external risk reporting, e.g. in Uniper’s financial statements or prospectuses
  • Support and contribute to the continuous enhancement of Uniper’s global Enterprise Risk Management System
  • Maintain, communicate, and enforce the Uniper Enterprise Risk Policy across all Uniper Functions
