We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior SEO candidate to join our Enterprise team. Our team provides services to the agency’s largest and most strategic clients globally. Our team is comprised of professionals specialising in SEO, PPC, Social, Account Management, Data & Analytics, and Web. By working together, we aim to achieve comprehensive and exceptional outcomes for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • SEO expert, with a strong understanding of core and advanced SEO principles and techniques (on page, off page and technical).
  • Proficient in international SEO with a good understanding of a broad range of CMS and their SEO limitations/benefits (Shopify, WordPress, Magento, Umbraco)
  • Organised and proactive, with a desire to always be learning.
  • A strong communicator, both internally with your team and externally with clients, with good presentation skills.
  • Confident with a holistic approach to digital marketing: good knowledge of Social, PPC and CRO.
  • Able to work as part of a hybrid team (on-site & off-site).
  • Proficient in Google sheets, confident with complex.
  • Inquisitive. Always asking ‘why?’
  • Collaborative, able to work well as part of a team, offering to support and pitch in on accounts other than your own may be necessary sometimes.
  • Able to thrive independently. Get lost in the numbers and emerge with something great!

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Enterprise SEO Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Handle a portfolio of high value Enterprise SEO clients.
  • Create tailored, data driven strategies designed to meet a client’s goals, using data from multiple first and third party sources to identify opportunities for success.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns over time, capitalising on wins.
  • Effectively strategise with other Enterprise channel experts to get the best results from a client’s overall marketing budget.
  • Be proactive about making results guided changes to cross-channel campaigns.
  • Communicate confidently, clearly and collaboratively with clients in meetings and if necessary over email.
  • Train, develop and mentor more junior members of the team.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within the business, ensuring high quality, timely delivery of strategies
