Group EHS, as part of Group Operations, has the role to assist Business Areas and Regions deliver on their goals and targets, by creating value through global synergies, and providing expertise and advice. We are also accountable for setting corporate policies and targets for selected Group mandated areas and making sure they are adhered to.
We are seeking now for a
Responsibilities:
- Enable compliance and a proactive approach to rapidly developing and emerging ESG legislation and regulations, for example CSRD and EU taxonomy.
- Understand other stakeholder expectations and emerging environmental topics such as biodiversity, water management, substances of concern, supply chain environmental risks, and environmental due diligence.
- Develop and ensure deployment of environmental objectives in line with SKF’s sustainability goals.
- Facilitate the process for business areas/sites to create environmental performance roadmaps.
- Integrate environmental management in business processes such as supply chain, technology development, and product development.
- Provide expert advice to the organization, covering existing capacity/competence gaps such as compliance risks related to substances of concern in production processes, and water related programs in the operations.
- Maintain and develop related areas in the Group EHS Management System.
- Develop and improve processes, tools, and requirements related to environmental management in the SKF operations.
- Provide development of technical support material, and training and awareness offer.
