Senior EPM/FP&A Functional Consultant

To power the expansion into Southeast Asia, we are looking for Senior Functional Consultant, starting ASAP for Singapore. The ideal candidate will have financial/multidimensional modelling experience and possess the ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts. The position is balanced between clients-facing meetings for requirements, solutions, training, and implementing.
The team is geographically and nationally diverse. Depending on the project scope and size, teams will be formed and will operate under a solution architect or delivery lead. The candidate will be expected to oversee projects and have the capacity to handle large, complex deployments & manage serveral clients.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a BA/BSc in Finance/Business/Accounting/Economic/IT or equivalent work experience
• Preferred candidates should have existing technology and business consulting experience
• Hands-on SaaS solution (EPM, ERP, BI, HCM etc) implementation experience is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation and solution design in FP&A solutions
• Strong and proven project management (Scrum Master, PMP or experience equivalent) and leadership skills with a track record of implementing large scale and complex projects, and with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior consulting experience in a Big 4 consulting firm, local technology consulting firm or equivalent EPM partner is will be an added advantage
• Any existing EPM system knowledge (Workday, Anaplan, SAC, Oracle EPM, Tagetik, Jedox, Prophix etc.) is a must to have
• Experience with JavaScript, system integrations and API development will be an added advantage
• Strong and proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong Excel knowledge and SQL knowledge will be an added advantage
• Excellent client facing, communication, escalation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience developing and delivering training programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity
