You’ll be the key point of contact for employee relations advice and support for our leaders across Australia

Under the guidance and coaching of our Performance & Reward Chapter Lead, we have the opportunity for an experienced ER Specialist to collaborate with our corporate support office leaders and support office functions in effectively managing employment risk and enhancing the experience of our people.
The ER Specialist will be responsible for providing high quality advice, guidance and coaching to support our corporate support office leaders nationally on a wide range of employee relations matters and support the deployment and implementation of organisation wide people initiatives and projects to support our IR Roadmap.

On any given day you may work across:

  • Providing advice to the business on various employment matters, including underperformance, disciplinary issues, workplace grievances, managing ill/injured employees and potential terminations;
  • Assisting our business leaders to understand and apply relevant legislation, Industrial Awards, Agreements, policies and HR practice;
  • Contribution to the evolution of our people processes, systems and frameworks;
  • Facilitation of training to enhance people leader capability; and
  • Maintaining policies, procedures, toolkits and award interpretation resources.
