Description:
As a Senior ERP Analyst with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Production, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our ERP systems, specifically in the realm of supply chain processes and production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of ERP solutions, streamline supply chain operations, and drive strategic decision-making. This position requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and production, coupled with technical expertise in ERP systems.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful integration of ERP modules related to supply chain management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as SCM, operations and IT for process improvements and problems resolutions
- Customize and extend ERP functionalities to align with evolving business needs and industry best practices
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for supply chain-related ERP issues
- Travel as necessary (10%)
REQUIRED SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Information / Computer Sciences) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience configuring and supporting supply chain and production processes in a global ERP environment; preferably Epicor CMS
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices incl. experience in
- 2+ years of experience supporting EDI (vendor & customer)
- 2+ years of experience supporting labeling (vendor & customer)
- 3+ years of project and change management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- SQL Queries and AS400 Basis support would be an asset
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, IBM WebQuery) would be an asset
- Experience with ERP implementations / migrations would be an asset
