Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a key member of the Business Solutions team, you will partner with Domain Leads, SAP and Salesforce experts, project managers and business stakeholders to champion change. You will be an integral member of the team, ensuring the sales and distribution solution meets the business strategy needs, whilst maintaining stability and sustainability across the SAP landscape. Using both business and system knowledge, you will proactively promote continuous improvement.
Working closely with business owners, SMEs, decision makers, Business Solutions and wider ICT colleagues, this role will partner with our organisation as a trusted business advisor and change-champion. The role will:
- Research, design, test, implement, and support all SAP activities across Sales & Distribution Domain.
- Proactively promote continuous improvement that will benefit our company.
- Use strong communications skills to influence the business and be the go-to expert.
- Work and travel in a global organization with various time-zones
- Be active in our culture of team development.
- Develop controlled documentation and training modules.
You will bring the following to the role:
- In depth Lead to Cash process knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (preferably qualified), with experience of integrations
- Key stakeholder management and the ability to influence your business partners
- Strong communication and leadership/ mentoring skills
- Curiosity and a drive to learn new skill
