YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You know how to navigate within a global organisation with many different stakeholders and you easily collaborate with people from different backgrounds. With your excellent communication skills, you quickly connect with people at all levels of the organisation and your approach instills trust and confidence. You actively propose, recommend and lead the way, but you understand that to succeed, you must be an even stronger listener. You are self-driven, proactive and well organised with a thorough approach and sharp eye for details.

Furthermore, we expect that you:

• Hold a Master’s degree within a relevant field
• Have extensive experience with data analysis, reporting, controlling or audit.
• Have experience with or a keen interest in sustainability and ESG.
• Are IT savvy and quick to master digital tools – experience with SAP and consolidation tools is an advantage.
• Are able to present complex business issues in a clear and concise manner and ensure that recommendations are pragmatic and implementable.
• Have advanced written and verbal English language skills.

• Develop and optimise our ESG reporting processes, with main focus on VELUX environmental reporting, such as scope 1, 2 and 3.
• Support and advise stakeholders and local business units responsible for ESG reporting.
• Analyse and review reporting and controls, including assisting stakeholders in identifying and implementing additional controls and options for automation.
• Work closely with external auditors, and assist the organisation in preparing for audit.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the Group Sustainability Team.
