Senior Estates Operational Manager - 9 months

Fixed term contract (9 months)
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of an efficient, effective and safe patient focused engineering maintenance service, managed within allocated budgets, using Directly Employed staff and Contractors, and through the development of suitable operational plans and maintenance programmes, ensuring that engineering maintenance, including contract work, is conducted in line with all relevant legislation, regulations, best practice guidance and British Standards and that services are provided within agreed key performance indicators, specifications and timeframes.
