SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 6 years of experience in landscape estimation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university is preferred.
Proficiency in relevant software (Candy CCS, AutoCAD, MS Office).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify bid requirements, both technical and commercial, to prepare compliant bids.
Conduct site visits when required to assess costs and understand the program of work and its requirements.
Prepare and submit requests for information to the client/consultant to clarify discrepancies.
Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
Delegate draftsmen for quantity take-off to cross-check BOQ quantities and schedules.
Compare and negotiate suppliers’ quotes to select the most competitive options for rate build-up.
Prepare and compile cost estimates, ensuring the full scope is covered or properly qualified.
Attend pre- and post-tender meetings and prepare value engineering (VE) bids.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Estimation Manager.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify bid submission requirements, both technical and commercial, to prepare compliant bids.
Responsible for floating all inquiries to the suppliers / sub-contractors to obtain timely quotations.
Conduct site visits when required to assess costs and understand the program of work and its requirements.
Prepare and submit requests for information to the client/consultant to clarify discrepancies.
Identify materials and subcontract requirements by studying BOQ, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
Delegate draftsmen for quantity take-off to cross-check BOQ quantities and schedules.
Prepare basic cost estimates for smaller or less complex projects under supervision.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Senior Estimator or Estimation Manager.
