Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience as an Estimator in Commercial Construction
- We are looking to speak with established commercial estimators who have experience winning projects (ideally both newbuild and fitout) for head contractors.
- You will have experience in measuring Services and being able to articulate your experience in this skill.
- You will have a positive attitude to building, willingness to help others out and ensure that you are willing to have a go and learn along the way
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

Responsibilities:
ROLE:
Reporting to the Estimating Manager and working closely to the Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for the preparation & submission of tender proposals for national projects. You will submit tenders completely autonomously, quote, measure and be apart of client interviews and write Methodology.
Working in a team, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor junior members of staff and have a pathway to grow into management.
