We are on the lookout for talented and enthusiastic people to help us plan and run events for our guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A passion for event planning and hospitality!
  • Previous minimum 1 year experience in hospitality.
  • Previous experience in event planning or project management preferable.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • The highest customer service skills.
  • Quick thinking on your feet using common sense.
  • Proactive and positive can-do attitude!

Responsibilities:

  • Being the lead communication with private event booking’s clients for our private dining rooms and exclusive venue hires and reporting to your line manager for support (Events Operations Manager).
  • Creating clear food and beverage pre-orders for the private events whilst up-selling our products.
  • Planning logistics and operations for large and small conferences/meetings/parties.
  • Performing basic venue AV set up. (Handheld mics, projectors, lighting and sound). You will be given a full training on this.
  • Sourcing and booking cool and unique suppliers as per event requests.
  • Prepping your events and being present to manage the setup, bar prep, food service and anything else required to the highest standard.
  • Greeting and briefing clients (event bookers) before an event.
  • Inputting pre-orders through the till before each event.
  • Available to work weekends and evenings only as per when events are scheduled.
  • Weekly meetings with the kitchen to discuss pre-orders of food.
  • Monthly stock takes of events equipment and taking ownership of this.
  • 45 working hours a week.
