Your team

  • A part of the marketing team, responsible for brand, events, sponsorship, the voice of the client program, digital marketing and content marketing
  • Working as part of the broader organisation of employees including:
  • Investment Products & Services (IPS) including the Chief Investment Office
  • Front Office including Front Office Management, Investment Advisers, Associate Advisers and Associates
  • The Executive Committee who often attend or host client events

Your Role

  • Own and deliver the LGT Crestone event management strategy – including annual program of events in Australia and Australian guest attendance at overseas events hosted by LGT
  • Project management of event calendar from initial concept to detailed run sheets, budgeting, on-site execution, management of suppliers, speakers, stakeholders and post event feedback
  • Monthly reporting on events to the business, including state by state breakdown, number of attendees, types of event, internal or external and ratings from guests
  • Document and maintain key event processes, and regularly look for opportunities to enhance our event practice
  • Assist in managing preferred supplier relationships to minimise costs
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and monitor industry best practice to look for new event opportunities
  • Comply with Legal and Compliance guidelines as in relation to event matters
  • Consider and explore event tools including LGT Crestone’s own event management / CRM tool
  • Manage the delivery of all aspects of agreed sponsorship relationships and activities
  • Manage procurement, warehousing and distribution of promotional merchandise in support of client events
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across the businesses to understand their objectives and associated marketing/events needs, and deliver projects and programs to achieve those objectives
  • Support marketing sponsorships to maximise visibility of the brand and opportunity for the business
  • Work with LGT Global marketing community to leverage appropriate opportunities for our market, and ensure cohesion with overall strategy
  • Ensure visibility of marketing initiatives and their progress within the LGT Crestone business, regularly checking in with advisers to ensure alignment and establish any further opportunities to support them

Your skills & experience

  • 10 years’ experience in premium event management (preferably wealth)

Your role competencies

  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver to deadline
  • Experience managing creative and marketing agency partners
  • Managing and communicating with senior stakeholders and large groups of stakeholders
  • Understanding of digital marketing – preferably experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate with influence

Your qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification preferred (Marketing, Communications, etc) but not mandatory
