Responsibilities:

Audible is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant for our General Counsel. As Senior Executive Assistant, you’ll handle day-to-day duties that may include juggling tasks, resolving meeting conflicts, calendaring, team communications, event management, business expense oversight and administration, as well as leading the execution on ad-hoc projects while maintaining high confidentiality. You’ll demonstrate a connection to Audible’s People Principles, a commitment to Audible’s product and social mission, and an understanding of the General Counsel’s key priorities while proactively ensuring that the General Counsel makes the most effective use of their time and resources. As Senior Executive Assistant, you’ll demonstrate a high attention to detail, build trust and confidence, exhibit advanced communications skills, and exercise sound judgement in your work.
