Responsibilities:

ABOUT DEPARTMENT AND PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Executive - Senior Assistant Manager for the Department of Diagnostic Imaging is to plan, streamline and execute administrative workflows and procedures for the medical staff section so that the department can ensure the upkeep of medical practice and provide seamless clinical care across the full range of diagnostic, interventional and therapeutic radiology services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, coordinate, and track the recruitment, on-boarding, promotion and exit of specialist, non-specialist and visiting medical staff.
  • Plan and execute processes and approvals for clinical training requests, sponsorships and honorariums.
  • Administer HR system approvals and provide planning support to the roster team.
  • Administer training and education hours, credentialing and privileging required for the maintenance of medical practice.
  • Manage and execute processes for the onboarding and exit of foreign clinical fellows.
  • Manage and execute support for clinical operations such as tracking and follow up of work list statuses and audits.
  • Prepare medical manpower, training, sponsorship, productivity reports and any other reports for Head of Department, Clinical Director and Head, Ops and Planning Section.
  • Organize, manage, and coordinate department clinical workshops and events.
  • Any other matters such as office management, staff directory, asset lists.
