Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to be part of the team in the Bellevue, WA office. This individual will support the CTO and is pivotal in ensuring the CTO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly, allowing him to focus on strategic initiatives and decision-making. In this role, you will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, often of a confidential nature, and act as a key liaison between the CTO and other stakeholders within and outside the organization. This role will report directly to the CTO.

What you’ll do at UiPath:

  • Calendar Management - Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the leader including managing an extremely active and complex calendar of appointments.
  • Provide end-to-end complex domestic and international travel planning, including proactive planning of external partner meetings in tandem with planned business travel to drive schedule efficiencies.
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with
  • Complete expense reports, maintaining schedules, plans and coordinate team/ office events.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the CTO, as needed.
  • Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with occasional contact outside normal business hours.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 8+years of demonstrated executive, operations, sales/marketing and/or office administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Complex calendaring experience
  • Experience in supporting a senior leader’s office in a global organization
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to respond with appropriate urgency to situations and requests while maintaining a calm demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential information and demonstrating the highest levels of integrity, discretion and judgment, always
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
