We are seeking a highly passionate, curious, and problem-solving-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Executive, Community & Acquisition . In this dynamic role, you’ll be the bridge between clients, gig workers, and our sales team. You’ll ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and gig workers, while fostering a thriving user community.

• Collaborate closely with clients, sales, and gig workers to understand needs, acquire users, and ensure smooth adoption of FastGig
• Develop and optimise user onboarding processes, creating clear workflows and positive experiences for everyone
• Manage end-to-end event projects, from planning to execution, keeping everything on track
• Coordinate and plan user training sessions, equipping gig workers with the skills they need to thrive
• Develop strategies to attract new gig workers and encourage them to discover amazing flexi job opportunities
• Devise creative campaigns to build a strong and engaged gig worker community
