Description:
Corporate Communication
- Create and manage the content on SAMS website and social media platforms
- Design and develop content for internal and external publications, marketing/corporate collaterals, videos and other publicity materials
- Provide support for events, corporate visits, marketing or corporate campaigns and projects, and manage coordination and liaison with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- media monitoring and manage or coordinate photography and videography (e.g. interviews)
- Provide corporate & management support services
Partnership
- Maintain and develop strategic and meaningful collaborations and working relationships with corporate partners and individuals.
- Communicate with internal or external stakeholders in alignment to the SAMS Vision and Mission (which includes but does not limit to corporate, schools and other SSA) to give public awareness talks.
- Plan, organise and coordinate fundraising initiatives and events through the different marketing channel.
- Manage donors’ database, ensure accountability of donations received, and update fundraising status accordingly.
- Assist with supporting / coordinating Parents Support Group (PSG).
- Recruit and manage volunteers in activities and programmes.
- Plan and execute CSR activities to maintain and strengthen relationship with the different stakeholders.
- Prepare and issue general correspondence and acknowledgment letters to the various stakeholders and keep accurate records of fundraising activities.
- Handle public enquiries for donation, donation-in-kind, sponsorships and community projects
- Act as an ambassador/ representative for SAMS, representing the organisation at external networking events which includes cheque presentations and talks.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
